Training
Philosophy
Fox
Meadow Farm horses and riders receive the individual attention that
results in continuous quality improvement and focus on the horse
and rider team development. Working with the psychology of the horse
and rider team, the outcome of the Howard's structured training
program is outstanding performance and "best effort" at
home and in the show ring from both horse and rider.

|
| Under
the watchful supervision of Master Trainer and Devon Grand Prix winner,
Polly Howard, and Chief Trainer and professional rider Meg Howard,
students at Fox Meadow Farm benefit from many decades of
professional riding and show experience.
Participation
in the group boarder lesson is encouraged where riders train with
and observe some of the countries leading riders and horses. Known
for its top equitation riders, the Howard's emphasize correct rider
position and form. Training can be rigorous, however, always carried
out in the most caring and supportive professional environment.
The results speak for themselves, as the Howard's have proven that
"disciplined fun produces success."

Individual
private lessons can be arranged to support specific client goals
and objectives. The training needs of the horses also receive individual
attention from the Howards. Fox Meadow trainers are top professional
riders, bringing an added advantage of a thorough understanding
of what the horse should be, or should not be doing. Their knowledge
of horse confirmation, extensive corrective, balancing and training
techniques help to assure the safety of their riders and the top
athletic conditioning and performance of your horse.

Supporting
the training team at Fox Meadow Farm are professional, experienced,
mature instructors who provide school and beginning students the
solid foundation they need for basic riding enjoyment or preparation
for advanced riding and training.
